Our Vision

 Delivering C.H.A.N.G.E. sees the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since day one, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, resources, empowerment and progress.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Delivering C.H.A.N.G.E. emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the youth, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.

Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the Delivering C.H.A.N.G.E. mission since Xeron Pledger and his many partners started this work to empower youth in 1997. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the Atlanta community and inviting others to take part as we have started to reach youth across the world. On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of Delivering C.H.A.N.G.E.
